Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases made through Traveling Firefighters LLC, including wholesale, bulk, and B2B retail orders, are FINAL.

We do not offer refunds, returns, credits, chargebacks, or exchanges.

Traveling Firefighters LLC does not purchase back unsold, overstocked, or slow-moving merchandise for any reason.

No Refunds or Buybacks

Once an order is placed, processed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded. This applies to:

Unsold merchandise
Overstock or excess inventory
Buyer forecasting or ordering errors
Store closures, seasonality, or poor sales performance

Manufacturing Defects (Limited Exception)

We recognize that manufacturing defects may occur on rare occasions.

Claims for manufacturing defects must:

Be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery
Include order number, photos, and a detailed description
Receive prior written approval from Traveling Firefighters LLC

All claims are reviewed case by case and approval is granted at the sole discretion of Traveling Firefighters LLC. Approval does not guarantee replacement or correction.

If approved, Traveling Firefighters LLC may, at its discretion:

Repair the product
Replace the defective item
Provide a comparable product

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, including:

Original outbound shipping
Return shipping
Replacement or correction shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Traveling Firefighters LLC shall not be liable for:

Lost profits
Lost sales
Indirect or consequential damages
Retail performance, sell-through rates, or consumer demand

Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the original purchase price of the affected item only.

Acceptance of Terms
